In India it occurs in Bihar, Gujarat, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Orissa, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal (Cook 1996, Lakshminarasimhan1996, Verma 2001, Bhargavan 1989, BSI Coimbatore).
