Range Description: Found in southern and northeastern India to southern China, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Polynesia (Namby and Madhusoodanan 1998). In India it is reported from Tamil Nadu: Palni Hills; Kerala: Agasthiyamalai (Dickason 1946, Namby and Madhusoodanan 1998) and Myanmar.
