Range Description: In the 19th century, this species was found in Pegu district, Myanmar (Theobald 1868), an area which now encompasses the current divisions of Ayeyarwady, Yangon, and Bago; however, there are no recent records of this species from these divisions (R. Inger pers. comm.).
