Asia: Sittang river in Myanmar and Salween basin in Thailand (Ref. 39293).
Geographic Range [top]
Range Description: The species is known from the Sittaung and Salween basins in Myanmar (Talwar and Jhingran 1991), and tributaries of the Salween in western Thailand (Roberts 1986). It possibly occurs in the Ayeyarwaddy basin, and it has also been reported from Manipur in northeastern India (Ministry of Environment and Forests 2006).
