Asia: Salween basin in Myanmar; possibly present in Sittang.

Range Description: The species is known from the Salween and Mae Khlong basins in Thailand and Myanmar, to upper the Malay Peninsula. The species was described recently (Britz 2007) from streams in the the Mon and Kayin States of southern Myanmar.
