Range Description: The species is widely distributed in southern and eastern Asia. Its global distribution includes Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia (Java, Sulawesi, and Sumatra), Philippines, China and Japan (GBIF 2010). Its presence in Bangladesh is inferred. In India it is reported from Manipur, Meghalaya and Tripura (south) (Ramakrishna and Dey 2007).
