Range Description: This species is found across Africa to temperate and tropical Asia and also in northern Australia. It is a common and widespread plant although its native distribution may be not fully known. It has been recorded across northern (Mae Hong Son), southwestern (Kanchanaburi), and peninsular (Phanhnha) Thailand.
