Range Description: Indonesia: Sulawesi: Lake Mahalona, Lake Towuti, and Lake Matano. Lake Mahalona (2°340 S, 121°310 E). Lake Mahalona (north and west coast) (2°3354.3"S 121°2944.1"E) and (2°3557.2"S 121°289.2"E; 2°3557.2"S 121°2819.2"E); Sungai Mahalona, 12 km from Lake Mahalona (2°3665.8"S 121°3106.4"E). Lake Towuti, 3 km South of Timampu (2°4653.5"S 121°2626.0"E). Lake Matano (2°3148.S 121°279.9E; 02°30.43S 121°19.96E) Lengko laro (Nautilo-Bay). All three lakes are interconnected by fast-flowing streams.
