Range Description: This species has a restricted range, but is present in China, India and Myanmar. In China it has been recorded from Linzhi County, Chayu County and Motuo County, in Xizang (= Tibet) (Herpetological Department, Sichuan Biological Research Institute 1977; Zhao 2006). It occurs at elevations of 1,000 to 2,200 m asl.
