Conservation Needed Continued management of Gunung Mulu National Park is necessary for the conservation of this species (Y.M. Pui and I. Das pers. comm. March 2018). Research Needed Further research is required on its ecology, and further survey work is needed to ascertain whether or not this species is indeed confined to Gunung Mulu. In any event, the population status of this species requires careful monitoring given that it is currently known from only a single location. Citation: IUCN SSC Amphibian Specialist Group. 2018.
