Range Description: Known from two records from the same general area:
Thirty three males, six females: Indonesia, Papua province, Cycloop Mountains. Collection notes: "southern slopes, 1,000 m alt., June 1931, 26 April 1932 and 9 June 1932, W. Stüber, Rijksmuseum van Natuurlijke Histoire".
One male, two females: Indonesia, Papua province, Cycloop Mountains Collection notes: "southern slope, 900 m, 26 June 1938, J. Olthof".
The species is considered to be an endemic to the Cycloop Mountains.
