Citation		Description	Although this species has been recorded from the Kaek, Pong (at Ban Pha Nok Khao) and Loei rivers in northeastern Thailand (Glaubrecht and Khler 2004), the review of the material has shown that the species is only localized in the Pong River and that the record to the Kaek River is a misidentification. Its Area of Occupancy is estimated to be less than 20 km2 because it is only known from the type locality and about a 10 km stretch in the Pong River (F. Khler pers. comm. 2011).
