Range Description: Burmannia coelestis is reported from South and Southeast Asia (Cook 1996). In India it is known to occur in Bihar, Orissa, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal and Tamil Nadu (Cook 1996). Kerala (S. Karuppusamy pers. Obvs.).
